Cottage and out buildings on Section 268, Tiritea Valley Road (Manawatu Bridge Road). Map of Grants, Kairanga District (1895) shows that B Smith owned Sectons 212, 213, being 138 acres. the family in the foreground is presumed to be the Smith family.
