This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 30th November 1965 "An imaginary ride on a grader in the children's area of the Esplanade is an exiting experience for five young men - Mark, Brian, Gordon, Stewart and Paul from Poroutawhao School, between Foxton and Levin. This was quite an excursion for the children from the primer class. This morning they paid a visit to the Palmerston North Airport."
