Sawmill at Umutoi

Description

The mill may have been situated on the Linklater property or the adjoined Russel property. The bush milled from the Sixtus property and loop were hauled across a gully on wire rope. The Jensen family may have owned the mill at one time. The mill was still going in 1927, but its date of closure is unknown.
