Description

Frederick Needham was a carpenter. He originally worked at Perrin Brothers & Needham at 46 Rangitikei Street, but from c 1920-1933 he was listed as a builder on his own account at the same address. His taglin reads, "Concrete and Jobbing Work Executed. Estimates Given." Behind the joinery factory was a timber yard, which was accessed along the right of way beside the letter box shown in the photograph.
