The Clock Tower in The Square was completed in 1957, after Arthur Hopwood gifted £10,000 for its construction. The Works Directorate describes the clock tower structure and the need for urgent maintenance to prevent further deterioration. Sent to P Wehner, Architect, PNCC, from T E French.
