Wayne Evans’ 21st birthday clebration at the Railway Hall, Palmerston North. From left: Tony, Wayne, Betty and John (Jack) Evans, Mick and John Evans. Jack and Betty married in 1936 and had a family of four boys. They were early and long term residents of the Savage Crescent state housing precinct, living at 5 Mansford Place.
