The Square Circular was Palmerston North City Council's monthly community publication, informing Palmerstonians of PNCC initiatives, activities, and events. This month's issue includes: Barber Hall, Totara Road wastewater treatment plant, environmental education, District Plan Review, customer services centre hours, library book launch, library poetry nights, disability access, Destination Manawatu, Festival of cultures, Children's day in The Square, Summer in the park concerts.
